What your child does
A set of base ten blocks appears and your child taps the number it shows. After a correct answer, a place value chart shows the hundreds, tens and ones. Digit Detective asks what one digit is worth, like the 2 in 528.
The skill it builds
Place value up to the hundreds with base ten blocks. If an answer is off, the cat reminds your child to count flats by 100s, rods by 10s, then cubes by 1s.
The game's listing notes align it to Common Core 1.NBT.B.2, 2.NBT.A.1, 2.NBT.A.3.
