Hi, I'm Nathan.
I'm an indie game developer and a dad of three. Bright Minds Club started the way most good ideas do: watching my own kids and wishing their screen time taught them something.
It began with Teacher Games
Before the club, I built Teacher Games, a line of classroom math games used by teachers for kindergarten through second grade. Games like Piggy Bank Coin Counting and Cash Register taught real skills: counting coins, making change, telling time. Parents kept asking for a version they could use at home. So I built one.
What the club believes
- Kids learn by playing. Every game in the club is a real game first, not a worksheet with buttons.
- Parents stay in charge. Only parents log in. Parents set time limits, track progress, and get a weekly email. Kids never see a login screen.
- Privacy is the product. No ads, no chat, no kid accounts, no data sold. The club works offline because your family's business is your family's business.
- Practice should feel like play. Stars are earned by finishing games, never bought. A new game arrives every month so there's always something fresh.
