Welcome to Bright Minds Club. These are the rules of the club, in plain language.

The membership

• Monthly: $9 per month, billed each month until you cancel.
• Yearly: $79 per year, billed once a year until you cancel. Best value.
• One membership covers every kid profile in your family.
• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from the parent dashboard whenever you like. No hoops, no phone calls, no retention scripts. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't do partial-month refunds.

Parents are in charge

Only a parent or guardian may create an account. You manage kid profiles, time limits, and settings from the parent dashboard, and you're responsible for how your family uses the club.

Fair use

Your membership is for your household. Please don't share your login outside your family or try to break, copy, or resell the games. If an account is abused, we may suspend it, and we'll tell you why first.

What we promise

We work hard to keep the club running and the games fresh, with a new game every month. That said, the club is provided as-is: we can't promise it will never have a bug or a hiccup, and our liability is limited to what you paid for your current billing period.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the club after that means you accept the new terms.
