Bright Minds Club is built for families, so privacy isn't a feature. It's the whole point. Here's exactly what we collect, what we never collect, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
- Parent email address. Used only to sign you in with a magic link and to send the weekly parent email. Nothing else.
- Kid profiles you create. Nicknames and settings you choose for each child, stored so their progress and stars follow them.
- Game progress. Which games were played, stars earned, and learning-path progress, so the parent dashboard can show you how they're doing.
What we never collect
- No ads, no ad trackers. There is no advertising anywhere in the club, and no third-party ad networks.
- No data sold. We never sell, rent, or share your family's information with data brokers or advertisers.
- No payment details. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- No kid accounts. Children never log in, so there is no child credential to leak.
- No chat or user content. There is no messaging, so there is nothing for strangers to reach.
How data is stored
Account and progress data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and protected so each parent can only ever see their own family. Games themselves work offline on your device.
Your control
You can update kid profiles or sign out any time from the parent dashboard. To download or delete your family's data entirely, email hello@brightmindsclub.org and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes in a meaningful way, we'll tell you by email before the change takes effect.
This is a plain-language summary of our practices, not legal advice. If you need a formal legal review for your school or district, email us and we'll help.
