What your child does
A row of numbered lily pads appears with one ? pad and your child picks the missing number. Before & After rounds ask what comes right before or after. In Hop & Add, the frog hops forward one pad at a time to show the answer.
The skill it builds
Number order, before and after, counting to 120, and adding on a number line. If an answer is off, the cat suggests counting along the pads, or explains that after means one more.
The game's listing notes align it to Common Core 1.NBT.A.1, 1.OA.C.5, K.CC.A.2, K.CC.C.7.
