What your child does
The game reads a sight word aloud (tap the speaker to hear it again). Four word cards appear, and the wrong ones are look-alikes, so your child has to really read. The right card flies into the turkey's tummy.
The skill it builds
Dolch sight words from the Pre-Primer and Primer lists. If an answer is off, the game reads the word that was tapped and the cat points out the first letter.
The game's listing notes align it to Common Core RF.1.3.G, RF.K.3.C.
